Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Aura Haven is committed to offering high-quality spiritual, educational, and personal growth–based services and products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are governed by the terms below.

General Policy

All purchases made through Aura Haven are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for workshops, healing services, digital products, or physical products, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Workshops & Healing Services

  • All workshop registrations and healing service bookings are non-refundable.
  • It is your responsibility to review the workshop or service details, schedule, and requirements before enrolling.
  • No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, partial attendance, non-attendance, or interpretation differences regarding content or outcomes.

Fee Adjustment (At Our Discretion Only)

In exceptional circumstances, and only where prior written communication is provided, Aura Haven may allow a one-time fee adjustment toward a future workshop or session of the same type, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be communicated in advance and supported by reasonable justification and documentation, as determined solely by Aura Haven.
  • Adjustments are subject to availability and validity period as communicated by Aura Haven.
  • Any difference in fees between the original and future offering must be paid by the participant.
  • No adjustments will be provided for absence without prior notice.
  • Aura Haven reserves the right to approve or deny any adjustment request at its sole discretion.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to online courses, recorded workshops, meditations, videos, audios, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Physical Products – Exchanges Only

Exchanges are permitted if initiated within 2 days of delivery, by contacting us in writing. Products must be unused, untampered, and in original packaging. Exchanges are permitted only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or the product materially differs from the description provided on the website.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Aura Haven

Shipping & Handling

In cases of confirmed transit damage, exchange-related costs will be handled as determined by Aura Haven.
For all other approved exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchange items must be shipped to: I-1403, GPL Eden Heights, Sector 70, Gurgaon 122101, Haryana with prior email confirmation sent to aurahaven9@gmail.com .

Final Decision Authority

Aura Haven reserves the right to approve or deny any refund, adjustment, or exchange request. All decisions made by Aura Haven in this regard shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
